This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant, Team Leader or allied health professional with occupational rehabilitation leadership experience to step into a hands-on role where you can genuinely influence team performance, service quality and regional growth. As the Rehabilitation Leader for WA, you will lead a small occupational rehabilitation team, supporting day-to-day service delivery and ensuring consultants are working to strong standards across quality, compliance, customer service and performance. You will be someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching consultants, supporting file quality and keeping the team focused on achieving meaningful return-to-work and client outcomes. This role would suit a confident, collaborative and commercially minded leader who enjoys building rapport with customers, strengthening existing relationships and identifying opportunities to further grow services across the region. You will be a key face of Beneco in WA, supporting customer engagement, account management and service improvement while helping shape the future success of the region.
